Israel History

Israel is located in the ancient kingdoms of Israel and Judah. It is believed to be the origin of the Hebrew spoken language in Israel as from the time of exodus’s Moses leadership. Most the people in the whole nation are Christians, Judaism, Islam and Druze which are the mode of worshiping God (the maker of the universe). Israelites are integrated in the Jewish race for they do trace their origin from the old period fore-fathers, like for example Abraham Jacob, Binyamin, Yusuf and Reuben. With cultural believes perpetuated from one generation to the other, Israelites have continued shaped up the Jewish cultural believes in perpetuity. Their wide social  configuration  describes Jewish race continuity, it is the merely nation on earth that populates the same land, bears the same name, speaks the same language, and has the same divinity in three thousand years ago. Genesis chapter thirty two in the bible his twelve sons were the kernels of twelve tribes that later developed into the Jewish homeland. The posterities of Abraham formed into a nation in thirteen hundred before Christ after their exit from Egypt under the leadership of Moses. After forty years in the Sinai desert, as bible depicts Moses led them to the Land of Israel- the Promised Land by creator to the descendants of the patriarchs, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, Genesis chapter seventeen.

Up to date the people of Israel share the same language and values shaped by the Jewish custom and religion passed through generations beginning with the founding father Abraham eighteen hundred before Christ. Therefore, this explains the unremitting presence of Jews in the land of Israel for the past three thousand three hundred years.

Israel past and Current Political Situation

The Israel’s politics in the past has been dominated by Zionist and non-Zionist politicians. There has been an Orthodox and Israel Arab parties as well. Meaning that, Israel has been governed under the multiparty system from the time in memorial. The Israel’s prime minister of Gold Meir of 1969 to 1974 once declared that multiparty was greatly important for the sake of nation’s governance. He said that small parties encouraged the misappropriation the state’s resources or either blocked the implementation of sane restructured legislation. Basically, single party nation promoted irrelevant agenda for the best interest of nation. Gold Meir was later succeeded by Yitzhak Rabin who mostly advocated for peace and democracy.

Currently, Israel has fundamentally remained as one of the most all protected countries. In spite of a very diverse society, marked with cultural and political dissimilarities amongst nonspiritual and Jews of Middle Eastern and European background, Israelites have divided political scene consistently produces large coalition governments but there is inherent assurance to the policy of sthe legislative democracy.

Politics is never dull in Israel and we will be focusing at considerable changes in the country’s direction. Over the past two decades, Israel has moved away from the economic model built by the left-leaning initiators of the state, toward more broadminded policies with a greater role for the private sector. The economy prospered as an outcome, but the gap between highest and lowest incomes widened, and life has become harder for many at the lower stairs of the ladder.

At the same time there has been a notable political shift to the right. Disappointed with the left-wing parties, many Israelis turned to populist right-wing politicians, while attitudes toward the peace process with the Palestinians toughened.

Israel Economic Situation

Israel has a strong, technologically unconventional market economy. It’s major export comprises of cut diamonds, high-technology equipment, and pharmaceuticals. Israel commonly posts good-sized trade deficits, which are covered by tourism and other service exports, as well as important foreign investment inflows.

The worldwide financial crisis of two thousand and eight-two thousand and nine prompted a brief stagnation in Israel, but the country entered the crisis with concrete fundamentals following years of wise monetary policy and a robust banking sector. Amir asserts that the economy has improved better than most advanced, comparably sized economies (78). In two thousand and ten, Israel formally assented to the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development. Israel’s economy also has battered the Arab Spring because strong trade ties outside the Middle East have secured the economy from spillover effects.

Natural gas fields discovered off Israel’s coast in the past two years have improved Israel’s energy security outlook. The Leviathan turf was one of the world’s leading offshore natural gas discoveries this past decade, and production from the Tama field was expected to meet all of Israel’s natural gas demand starting mid-year two thousand and thirty three

Correspondingly, Israel has strong economic growth rate, low employment rates as six percent in year two thousand and twelve and five percent in year two thousand and eleven.

In conclusion the study of Israel revolves in my mind as I was born on Israel’s soil and so I have a clear knowledge about the issues related to the country that is Israel’s history, its current political situation and economic situation.
